Nathaniel Wildstone is an instructional designer with a background in training development, fine arts, graphic design, and information technology. He has served as a veteran with the U.S. Air Force as well as worked for companies such as Proctor & Gamble and Hewlett-Packard. He has a B.S. and M.S. in Instructional Design & Technology with a specialization in Online Education from Walden University. This breadth of experience have enabled him to leverage technology to design more engaging and interactive learning experiences focused on solving problems and meeting organizational goals.
Currently, Nathaniel works as a Media & Learning Specialist for Tractor Supply Co., where he creates and modifies online distance learning courses (mobile and media learning), as well as other media, graphics, and job aids that enhance the learning experience. His goals for the near future are to further optimize learning content for a mobile and diverse workforce and use technology (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Cloud, Learning Management Systems, WebEx, etc.) to increase efficiencies and engagement for in-person training.
